Carlos Hernandez is a Certified City Planner (AICP) and Certified Transportation Planner (CTP) with 27 years of experience.  He is the founder of CJH Planning. Carlos previously held leadership roles in local government and nationally recognized consulting firms. He is highly experienced in consensus building and frequently supports planning commissions, elected officials,

engineers, and community organizations based on his background in city

planning, design, and transportation engineering.

Nick is a data management professional with over 2,500 successful traffic counts completed over the past 5 years. Nick specializes in accurate traffic data collection for private and public sector partners. He is skilled at deploying leading edge equipment to inform smarter, data-driven decisions for planning and engineering studies. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Leeds Business school and holds a certification in project management from the International Organization for Project Management (IO4PM).
