Carlos Hernandez is a Certified City Planner (AICP and CTP) with 28 years of experience in city planning, real estate development, and design.  He founded CJH Planning in the spring of 2020. Prior to CJH Planning he held director level positions in local government, manager roles in consulting firms, and provided strategy to real estate partnerships.
